The Kanekalon fiber used in our wig product is a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened using an electronic hair stick at temperatures below 120°C. The recommended temperature range for styling is generally between 70-90°C, as higher temperatures can permanently damage the hair.

Our wigs cannot be dyed, as the lack of hair cuticles prevents the color from lasting long-term, and the hair cream rinse inside the wig cap cannot be washed out.

To wear the wig, follow these steps: a) Gently comb the hair with a wide-tooth comb; b) Put on the wig cap; c) Place the wig on your head and adjust the inner net buckle; d) Secure the wig in place.

For cleaning and care, detangle the hair using a wide-tooth comb, shampoo in cold or warm water, soak for 1-3 minutes, rinse with water, and then gently shake the wig to restore its style before air-drying.

Shedding and tangling are normal, especially when wearing the wig for the first time. Use a wide-tooth comb to gently remove any loose hairs, combing from the ends to the roots, and this will help minimize further shedding and tangling.

The hairstyle may vary slightly from the original due to the handcrafted nature of our wigs, and you can restyle it to your preference. Additionally, the color may differ slightly from the image depending on your device's display settings, but we strive to accurately represent the colors in our products.

Please note that the wig may be slightly out of shape upon arrival due to packaging or transportation. This can be easily remedied by combing the wig or using an electric hair rod to straighten it, and it will then appear as depicted in the picture.

The wig is approximately 12 inches/30 cm in length, and the maximum circumference of the adjustable cap is around 21-22 inches/53-55 cm, with a normal variation of 1-2 cm. Each package includes one wig.
