1. The Kanekalon fiber used to create our wig product is a thermostable material, allowing it to be curled or straightened using an electronic hair stick at temperatures below 120 °C. Generally, the appropriate temperature range for styling is around 70-90 °C, as excessively high temperatures can permanently damage the hair.

2. Our wig product is not suitable for dyeing. This is because the wig lacks the hair cuticle necessary to maintain the color for an extended period, and the hair cream rinse inside the wig cap cannot be washed out.

3. The steps for wearing the wig are as follows: a. Gently comb the wig with a wide-tooth comb. b. Put on the wig cap. c. Place the wig on your head and adjust the inner net buckle. d. Secure the wig in place.

6. Mix shampoo in cold or warm water.
7. Soak the wig for 1-3 minutes.
8. Rinse with water.
9. Dry with a towel.

10. Gently shake the wig to restore its style, then allow it to air dry.

11. Shedding and tangling are normal, especially when wearing the wig for the first time. Use a wide-tooth comb to gently brush the hair from the ends to the roots, and the wig fibers will no longer shed or tangle. (Tip: For curly wigs, it is recommended to comb by hand.)

12. The hairstyle of each wig may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of the trimming process. You can restyle the wig to suit your preferences. Additionally, the color may appear slightly different depending on your personal computer or cell phone monitor settings, but we strive to accurately represent the colors in all our products.

Please note that due to packaging or transportation, the wig may be out of shape when you receive it. Simply take a minute or two to comb it or use an electric hair rod to straighten it, and it will be restored to the same appearance as in the picture.

The wig's approximate length is 70 cm, and the ponytail measures 52 cm. The maximum circumference of the adjustable cap is approximately 21-22 inches / 53-55 cm, with a normal error range of 1-2 cm.
