The Kanekalon fiber used in our wig product is a thermostable material, allowing it to be curled or straightened using an electronic hair stick at temperatures less than 120°C. Generally, the appropriate temperature range is around 70-90°C, as higher temperatures can permanently damage the hair.

Our wig product cannot be dyed, as the hair cuticle is absent, preventing the color from lasting for an extended period. Additionally, the hair cream rinse inside the wig cap cannot be washed.

To wear the wig, follow these steps: a) gently comb the hair with a wide-tooth comb; b) put on the wig cap; c) place the wig on your head and adjust the inner net buckle; d) keep the wig in place.

For cleaning and care, detangle the hair using a wide-tooth comb, shampoo in cold or warm water, soak for 1-3 minutes, rinse with water, dry with a towel, gently shake the wig to regain its style, and then air dry.

Shedding and tangling are normal, especially when wearing the wig for the first time. Use a wide-tooth comb to remove the hair from the end to the root, and the wig fiber will no longer shed or tangle.

The hairstyle of the wig may vary slightly between different batches, as they are trimmed by hand. You can restyle the wig according to your preference. The color may also differ slightly depending on your personal computer or cell phone monitor settings, but we strive to accurately represent the colors on all our products.

Please note that due to extrusion during packaging or transport, the wig might be out of shape when you receive it. Don't worry, take one or two minutes to comb it or use an electric hair rod to straighten it, and it will be the same as in the picture.

The wig is approximately 28 inches/70 cm in length, and the maximum circumference of the adjustable cap is around 21-22 inches/53-55 cm, with a normal error of 1-2 cm.
